Shipping Information

We typically ship within 1-2 weeks of the order being placed.
For large and urgent orders, we recommend point-to-point shipping, direct from us to you.
For orders requiring on-site installation, we will inspect site conditions and confirm all architectural measurements before shipping. We will work directly with your architects, designers and site supervisors for a seamless experience.
Our shipping and logistics partners are DHL / Blue Dart. We charge only actual shipping costs, and encourage you to work with shippers directly for shipping payments.

Warranty / Refurbishment / Buy-back

For internal use, our products have a lifetime warranty for structural integrity. Plastic components have a five year warranty. For soft and exposed components, such as a wood table surface, or upholstery damaged during normal use, we offer an at-cost replacement.
We offer a refurbishment program for all HS products. At cost, with no markups, we will refinish products and replace any components. Choose new colors, new finishes, new surfaces and new accessories for an all-new look, at a fraction of the cost of new products.
We offer a buy-back program for our products. If you require a new look, and procure your new products from us, we will buy back your existing HS products at a mutually agreeable value.

Warranty Exceptions

Warranties do not apply when the product is not used as intended. A chair will work perfectly well for sitting, not as a ladder.

Any products that have been obviously abused - bent, chipped, warped, mangled, damaged through misuse and callousness will not be repaired or replaced under warranty.

An indoor piece of furniture is warranted for indoor use only. We can make outdoor use versions, and commercial use versions of all our furniture. Please contact us with your specific needs.

We encourage you to experience any product, from HS and from any other company, prior to purchase.
Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you be dissatisfied with any purchase, please contact us and we will do our very best to make things right. Makings things right could include repairs, refurbishment or replacement.
